Natural Capers - ready to use

The capers, among the  traditional Apulian products , rich in  Vitamins  And  mineral salts , are grown in the fertile lands of our little girl  Cintrone Farm , carefully selected,  hand-picked , processed with vinegar and water, and finally  naturally preserved  without the addition of any artificial preservatives. With this recipe of ready-to-use capers is  even simpler, because once the jar is opened, it is not necessary to use any operation and can be used directly for your dishes; meat, fish, sauces, gravies, salads, pizza, focaccia and bruschetta.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
